¹Pro can give a link more time, and reopen one that has already expired: the files are kept for 7 days past expiry, so a recipient who opens the email too late still gets them.

²Access depends on something you remember (the password) and something you have (your phone). It stops anyone who has guessed or cracked the password. Included with Pro.

³Securely encrypted storage, worthless without the keys. Everything is stored in the EU.

⁴Files are encrypted with keys stored on your phone. The recipient must have their own keys. Once both of you have created keys, the file travels encrypted between your browser and the recipient's browser.

⁵We scan files for viruses, malware and trojans. We do our best, but not every file can be checked, for technical or practical reasons (encrypted or password-protected files, or very large ones).

⁶Cryptographic file integrity – a fingerprint made at upload. The recipient can see the contents are unchanged.

⁷The recipient confirms their identity with a one-time code sent by email. That stops the download link from being passed on.

⁸The file is deleted the moment it is downloaded, and the link stops working. It cannot be used twice.

⁹Undo a transfer after it has gone out. The files are deleted at once and the link stops working. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
